2. Collected Data & Purposes of Processing
We collect only the data strictly required for the proper execution of our cosmetic compliance services (PIF / CPSR) and anonymous audience analysis:
A. Configurator & Contact Form Data
Data: First name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, registration number, billing address, and technical data relating to your cosmetic formulas.
Purpose: Preparation of quotes, drafting of the Product Information File (PIF), payment processing, and communication with our toxicological team.
B. Browsing Data & Trackers (Google Consent Mode v2)
Data: Anonymized IP address, browser type, visited pages, and browsing events via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Purpose: Traffic measurement and continuous improvement of user experience. These trackers are activated only after explicit consent via our cookie banner.
3. Data Retention Period
- Prospecting & form data: Retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact initiated by the prospect.
- Data relating to PIF / CPSR files: Retained for 10 years in accordance with the obligations of European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
- Cookie & audience measurement data: Consent retained for 6 months; anonymized GA4 analytical data retained for 14 months.
